Temporary Closure of GB3UB, MB7UB and GB3UT
Work is finally starting on the building where the repeaters are located. While, there are no plans to remove the aerials yet, we feel it a good idea to shut them down while there is a chance that a feeder could be cut or damaged. Therefore, the repeaters will be switched off around midnight on Friday 23rd February 2018. It is hoped, that should no disasters happen they could be back on early next week.

UB held open
GB3UB is currently being held open by a regular pulse signal. I assume this is a car key fob. Hopefully the vehicle will be removed soon. If anyone is local perhaps you can check on the input. The repeater is still fully accessible, but with the noise in the back ground.

P.A.T. testing
As part of the system at the University all mains equipment has to be P.A.T. tested. This will be happening next week. It will be during the day, and I cannot see any major problems. As regard the move, I have not received any updates. Both repeaters continue to work with no problems.
